Developers
Solid PHP and JavaScript fundamentals, experience with Laravel or WordPress, MySQL, Git and REST APIs. Bonus points for Vue or React, performance optimisation and security awareness. Show us live projects or a GitHub profile.
SEO and marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, keyword research, on-page optimisation and content planning. Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile is a strong advantage.
Sales and business development
